I am actually responding to your Thursday post. You have every f*cking right to be in a rage. You need a lawyer. You also need to get action taken. F*ck the building super. You have to start acting like a NYC bitch and pump up the volume. Non stop phone calls until you get results. Complaint letters cc'd to whatever association or city department will make them move their asses. Ugh.
Maybe if you witheld rent you'd get some response - that's when these pricks usually perck up and pay attention.
