Life in the Slow Lane
Wow! That is some fancy work. So sorry about your migraine, though. Is it weather-related?
That cross-stitch is awesome. JP could use one like that, except that no one would ever see it because he only ends up helping people long-distance (like my family in MN!).Feel better soon!
Nice work, Miss Kranki! Wow. Sorry about your migraine, though. Have to say, however, that your medication reminded me of something a friend of mine once told me.Since we live near Canada (hop, skip & jump away), people periodically used to go over to Canada to get 222s with codeine (since you all could get them over the counter). My friend's mother had a headache one day and took this medication for it, only for my friend to later notice that she was a little unsteady on her feet. My friend asked her mom, "Mom, what's going on with you - are you OK?" Her mom said, "Yeah, I'm fine - I took some 888s." "What are 888s? Don't you mean 222s?" "No - I took 4 of them, so they're 888s!"(OK, maybe you had to be there, but .... hope you feel better soon!) :)
Gorgeous cross-stitch!May the migraine melt away soon!Thinking of you...alan
