I'm a bit tardy in commenting, thanks to death, birth and a flooded basement (in that order). Anyway, two things:
1. Did you win?? 2. I agree with the folks who commented on your last post that walking is an excellent choice for those of us who are less than graceful. Get yourself some comfy, cushy shoes and choose a destination. Hell, mall-walk if you have to. Anything to get moving. When you're done, let me know how it went. I haven't tried it yet but I've got a few dozen pounds I would gladly part with.
