Half Way

Today I am getting my third chemo. This makes me exactly half way through. Woo Hoo! This is a good mental milestone for me. It is all downhill from here. In a good way. So if you don’t hear from me for a couple days I am merely sleeping off all the Ativan I need to take to sit in the backseat of the car with my dad driving me to my appointment. Just kidding. I get Ativan at my chemo as it is not only a fabulous mellow-outer but also an anti-nauseant. Who knew? So everybody have a great weekend and I will be back ASAP!

I LOVE the RADIOBLOG. Every blog should play music for us while we comment. You're way younger and cooler than I. Of course I loved the funk, the rest was new to me, but I really like The The selection.

No time to read all the comments, so this is probably a repeat...

Congrats on reaching your halfway mark, hon. I know it's been a trying time, but your little gaggle of online buddies is SO proud of you for being so strong through it all.

Hope you're feeling just AWESOME by the time you read this. (or, at least, not nauseous :o)

Hang in there! There really IS a light at the end of the tunnel. I found you via HDL's blog.

I, too, went through this at 36. That was 8 years ago. Please don't hesitate to contact me if there is anything I can help you with. I guess as a mentor of sorts lol.

Here is my breast cancer website (a friendly, informative place)http://members.tripod.com/mikki630-ivil/

My email is mikki630 at aol dot com

P.S. I LOVE Yoshi!! I am a cat momma to 5--soon to be 6 furballs, with our impending addition of a little deaf and blind kitten.
