Life in the Slow Lane
Wow--look at you two. You're both gorgeous. Happy Mother's Day!
You two are adorable! Happy Mother's Day!Is Mom Poo related to Grampoo on Oobi? (See http://www.noggin.com/shows/oobi.php) Speaking of which, I was going to ask -- if you're feeling so inclined -- give me some pointers on making an Oobi eyeball ring.
Sharkey-*BLUSH* Thanks. I have to admit that this photo is a few years old. I wish I was that skinny now...mrtl-That is really funny! Those eyeballs! I would get a thick silver/brass/nickel wire and form it into a U shape so the ends reach past the top of your hand so you can drill and glue the eyeballs on and have them sorta "sit" on your hand. You may need to fiddle a bit to get the right effect/fit but I am sure you can do it. Does that make sense? What a clever idea, whoever made that up. You might be able to get the eyes from a hobby shop that sells doll parts. Or you could buy wooden spheres from a hardware or hobby shop and paint your own.I don't remember why I started to call my parents The Poos. Mom Poo and Dad Poo just stuck. Ew! That is a little gross.
Thanks, Kranki! I really want to try this. Bug gets the biggest kick out of Oobi, but it annoys me. They speak very disjointedly (e.g., "Oobi, you, friends," "Oobi dance, you dance")
Two of my favourite women. Happy Mother's Day to the Mom Poo!How can you remember as far back as the wedding? I sincerely hope you are not going to tell the story about the rubber gloves...By the way, I saw you last year and you looked just the same.
By the By, there is a comment under For my Mom, even though the comment counter says zero.
YOU ARE SO GORGEOUS! Not to mention your mom, that little hottie. Wow krank, your profile pic looks nothing like this one. I am totally taken aback... I suppose you looked very different in my mind, based on that warped little profile piccie.
I've reconsidered. You do look the same. It's the bangs that threw me off, plus all those little blurry dots that make it difficult to distinguish all of your beautiful features. Plus the hair color is totally different. What does your hair look like now? I must say, the darker color really compliments your skin tone. I am the same way, which is why I can never change my hair color. My skin looks washed out framed by anything but brown. Do you get mistaken for being a teenager often? You look very young!
Wow, those are two gorgeous women! ~Laura (laura-flea at diaryland)
Both very beautiful.
You look just lovely.
My name is BEVIS and my favourite colour is beige.Thank you. I hope I win the competition.
I thought I was the only Kranki in blog land. Also, enjoy your new Bevis!
